O Elohim, do not remain quiet; Do not be silent and, O Elohim, do not be still. For, behold, Thine enemies make an uproar; and those who hate Thee have exalted themselves. They make shrewd plans against Thy people, and conspire together against Thy treasured ones. They have said, "Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more." For they have conspired together with one mind; against Thee do they make a covenant: The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab , and the Hagrites; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre ; Assyria also has joined with them; they have become a help to the children of Lot . Deal with them as with Midian, as with Sisera and Jabin, at the torrent of Kishon, Who were destroyed at En-dor, who became as dung for the ground. Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, and all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, Who said, "Let us possess for ourselves the pastures of Elohim." O my Elohim, make them like the whirling dust; like chaff before the wind. Like fire that burns the forest, and like a flame that sets the mountains on fire, So pursue them with Thy tempest, and terrify them with Thy storm Fill their faces with dishonor, that they may seek Thy name, O Yahweh Let them be ashamed and dismayed forever; and let them be humiliated and perish, That they may know that Thou alone, whose name is Yahweh, Art the Most High over all the earth.
O Yahweh, the Elohim of my salvation, I have cried out by day and in the night before Thee. Let my prayer come before Thee; Incline Thine ear to my cry! For my soul has had enough troubles, and my life has drawn near to Sheol. I am reckoned among those who go down to the pit; I have become like a man without strength, Forsaken among the dead, like the slain who lie in the grave, whom Thou dost remember no more, and they are cut off from Thy hand. Thou hast put me in the lowest pit, in dark places, in the depths. Thy wrath has rested upon me, and Thou hast afflicted me with all Thy waves. Selah. Thou hast removed my acquaintances far from me; Thou hast made me an object of loathing to them; I am shut up and cannot go out. My eye has wasted away because of affliction; I have called upon Thee every day, O Yahweh; I have spread out my hands to Thee. Wilt Thou perform wonders for the dead? Will the departed spirits rise and praise Thee? Selah. Will Thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave, Thy faithfulness in Abaddon Will Thy wonders be made known in the darkness? And Thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness? But I, O Yahweh, have cried out to Thee for help, and in the morning my prayer comes before Thee. O Yahweh, why dost Thou reject my soul? Why dost Thou hide Thy face from me? I was afflicted and about to die from my youth on; I suffer Thy terrors; I am overcome. Thy burning anger has passed over me; Thy terrors have destroyed me. They have surrounded me like water all day long; they have encompassed me altogether. Thou hast removed lover and friend far from me; My acquaintances are in darkness.
Psalms 90
Yahweh, Thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were born, or Thou didst give birth to the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art Elohim. Thou dost turn man back into dust, and dost say, "Return, O children of men." For a thousand years in Thy sight are like yesterday when it passes by, or as a watch in the night. Thou hast swept them away like a flood, they fall asleep; In the morning they are like grass which sprouts anew. In the morning it flourishes, and sprouts anew; toward evening it fades, and withers away. For we have been consumed by Thine anger, and by Thy wrath we have been dismayed .Thou hast placed our iniquities before Thee, our secret sins in the light of Thy presence. For all our days have declined in Thy fury; we have finished our years like a sigh. As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years, or if due to strength, eighty years, yet their pride is but labor and sorrow; for soon it is gone and we fly away. Who understands the power of Thine anger, and Thy fury, according to the fear that is due Thee? So teach us to number our days, that we may present to Thee a heart of wisdom. Do return, O Yahweh; how long will it be? And be sorry for Thy servants O satisfy us in the morning with Thy lovingkindness, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days. Make us glad according to the days Thou hast afflicted us, and the years we have seen evil. Let Thy work appear to Thy servants, and Thy majesty to their children. And let the favor of Yahweh our Elohim be upon us; And do confirm for us the work of our hands; Yes, confirm the work of our hands.
Psalms 97
Yahweh reigns; let the earth rejoice; Let the many islands be glad. Clouds and thick darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne Fire goes before Him, and burns up His adversaries round about. His lightnings lit up the world; The earth saw and trembled. The mountains melted like wax at the presence of Yahweh, at the presence of Yahweh of the whole earth. The heavens declare His righteousness, and all the peoples have seen His glory. Let all those be ashamed who serve graven images, who boast themselves of idols; Worship Him, all you Elohims. Zion heard this and was glad, and the daughters of Judah have rejoiced Because of Thy judgments, O Yahweh. For Thou art Yahweh Most High over all the earth; Thou art exalted far above all Elohims. Hate evil, you who love Yahweh, who preserves the souls of His righteous ones; He delivers them from the hand of the wicked. Light is sown like seed for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart. Be glad in Yahweh, you righteous ones; and give thanks to His holy name.
O Sing to Yahweh a new song, for He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him Yahweh has made known His salvation; He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations. He has remembered His lovingkindness and His faithfulness to the house of Israel ; All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our Elohim. Shout joyfully to Yahweh, all the earth; break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.Sing praises to Yahweh with the lyre; With the lyre and the sound of melody. With trumpets and the sound of the horn shout joyfully before the King, Yahweh. Let the sea roar and all it contains, the world and those who dwell in it. Let the rivers clap their hands; let the mountains sing together for joy Before Yahweh; for He is coming to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
Psalms 99
Psalms 100
Shout joyfully to Yahweh, all the earth. Serve Yahweh with gladness; come before Him with joyful singing. Know that Yahweh Himself is Elohim; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him; bless His name. For Yahweh is good; His lovingkindness is everlasting, and His faithfulness to all generations.
I will sing of lovingkindness and justice, to Thee, O Yahweh, I will sing praises. I will give heed to the blameless way. When wilt Thou come to me? I will walk within my house in the integrity of my heart. I will set no worthless thing before my eyes; I hate the work of those who fall away; It shall not fasten its grip on me .A perverse heart shall depart from me; I will know no evil. Whoever secretly slanders his neighbour, him I will destroy; no one who has a haughty look and an arrogant heart will I endure. My eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me; He who walks in a blameless way is the one who will minister to me. He who practices deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who speaks falsehood shall not maintain his position before me. Every morning I will destroy all the wicked of the land, so as to cut off from the city of Yahweh all those who do iniquity.
Psalms 102
Hear my prayer, O Yahweh! And let my cry for help come to Thee. Do not hide Thy face from me in the day of my distress; Incline Thine ear to me; In the day when I call answer me quickly. For my days have been consumed in smoke, and my bones have been scorched like a hearth. My heart has been smitten like grass and has withered away, indeed, I forget to eat my bread. Because of the loudness of my groaning My bones cling to my flesh. I resemble a pelican of the wilderness; I have become like an owl of the waste places. I lie awake, I have become like a lonely bird on a housetop. My enemies have reproached me all day long; those who deride me have used my name as a curse. For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping, Because of Thine indignation and Thy wrath; For Thou hast lifted me up and cast me away. My days are like a lengthened shadow; And I wither away like grass. But Thou, O Yahweh, dost abide forever; And Thy name to all generations. Thou wilt arise and have compassion on Zion ; For it is time to be gracious to her, for the appointed time has come. Surely Thy servants find pleasure in her stones, and feel pity for her dust. So the nations will fear the name of Yahweh, and all the kings of the earth Thy glory. For Yahweh has built up Zion ; He has appeared in His glory. He has regarded the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer. This will be written for the generation to come; That a people yet to be created may praise Yahweh. For He looked down from His holy height; From heaven Yahweh gazed upon the earth, To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to set free those who were doomed to death; That men may tell of the name of Yahweh in Zion, and His praise in Jerusalem; When the peoples are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve Yahweh. He has weakened my strength in the way; He has shortened my days. I say, "O my Elohim, do not take me away in the midst of my days, Thy years are throughout all generations. "Of old Thou didst found the earth; And the heavens are the work of Thy hands. "Even they will perish, but Thou dost endure; And all of them will wear out like a garment; Like clothing Thou wilt change them, and they will be changed. "But Thou art the same, and Thy years will not come to an end. "The children of Thy servants will continue, and their descendants will be established before Thee."
Bless Yahweh, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless Yahweh, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; Who pardons all your iniquities; Who heals all your diseases; Who redeems your life from the pit; Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. Yahweh performs righteous deeds, and judgments for all who are oppressed. He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel . Yahweh is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. He will not always strive with us; Nor will He keep His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. Just as a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear Him. For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust. As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. When the wind has passed over it, it is no more; And its place acknowledges it no longer. But the lovingkindness of Yahweh is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children's children, To those who keep His covenant, and who remember His precepts to do them. Yahweh has established His throne in the heavens; And His sovereignty rules over all. Bless Yahweh, you His angels, Mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! Bless Yahweh, all you His hosts, You who serve Him, doing His will. Bless Yahweh, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; Bless Yahweh, O my soul!
Psalms 104
Bless Yahweh, O my soul! O Yahweh my Elohim, Thou art very great; Thou art clothed with splendour and majesty, Covering Thyself with light as with a cloak, stretching out heaven like a tent curtain. He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters; He makes the clouds His chariot; He walks upon the wings of the wind; He makes the winds His messengers, flaming fire His ministers. He established the earth upon its foundations, so that it will not totter forever and ever. Thou didst cover it with the deep as with a garment; The waters were standing above the mountains. At Thy rebuke they fled; At the sound of Thy thunder they hurried away. The mountains rose; the valleys sank down To the place which Thou didst establish for them. Thou didst set a boundary that they may not pass over; That they may not return to cover the earth. He sends forth springs in the valleys; They flow between the mountains; They give drink to every beast of the field; The wild donkeys quench their thirst. Beside them the birds of the heavens dwell; they lift up their voices among the branches. He waters the mountains from His upper chambers; The earth is satisfied with the fruit of His works. He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and vegetation for the labor of man, so that he may bring forth food from the earth, And wine which makes man's heart glad, so that he may make his face glisten with oil, and food which sustains man's heart. The trees of Yahweh drink their fill, the cedars of Lebanon which He planted, Where the birds build their nests, and the stork, whose home is the fir trees. The high mountains are for the wild goats; The cliffs are a refuge for the rock badgers. He made the moon for the seasons; The sun knows the place of its setting. Thou dost appoint darkness and it becomes night, in which all the beasts of the forest prowl about. The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from Elohim. When the sun rises they withdraw, and lie down in their dens. Man goes forth to his work and to his labor until evening. O Yahweh, how many are Thy works! In wisdom Thou hast made them all; The earth is full of Thy possessions. There is the sea, great and broad, In which are swarms without number, animals both small and great. There the ships move along, and Leviathan, which Thou hast formed to sport in it. They all wait for Thee, to give them their food in due season. Thou dost give to them, they gather it up; Thou dost open Thy hand, they are satisfied with good. Thou dost hide Thy face, they are dismayed; Thou dost take away their spirit, they expire, and return to their dust. Thou dost send forth Thy Spirit, they are created; And Thou dost renew the face of the ground. Let the glory of Yahweh endure forever; Let Yahweh be glad in His works; He looks at the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke. I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live; I will sing praise to my Elohim while I have my being. Let my meditation be pleasing to Him; As for me, I shall be glad in Yahweh. Let sinners be consumed from the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless Yahweh, O my soul. Praise Yahweh!
Oh give thanks to Yahweh, call upon His name; Make known His deeds among the peoples. Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Speak of all His wonders. Glory in His holy name; Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh be glad. Seek Yahweh and His strength; Seek His face continually. Remember His wonders which He has done, His marvels, and the judgments uttered by His mouth, O seed of Abraham, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones! He is Yahweh our Elohim; His judgments are in all the earth. He has remembered His covenant forever, the word which He commanded to a thousand generations, The covenant which He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac. Then He confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, Saying, "To you I will give the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance," When they were only a few men in number, very few, and strangers in it. And they wandered about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people. He permitted no man to oppress them, and He reproved kings for their sakes "Do not touch My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm." And He called for a famine upon the land; He broke the whole staff of bread. He sent a man before them, Joseph, who was sold as a slave. They afflicted his feet with fetters, He himself was laid in irons; Until the time that his word came to pass, the word of Yahweh tested him. The king sent and released him, the ruler of peoples, and set him free. He made him Yahweh of his house, and ruler over all his possessions, To imprison his princes at will, that he might teach his elders wisdom. Israel also came into Egypt ; Thus Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham . And He caused His people to be very fruitful, and made them stronger than their adversaries. He turned their heart to hate His people, to deal craftily with His servants. He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron whom He had chosen. They performed His wondrous acts among them, and miracles in the land of Ham He sent darkness and made it dark; And they did not rebel against His words. He turned their waters into blood, and caused their fish to die. Their land swarmed with frogs even in the chambers of their kings. He spoke, and there came a swarm of flies and gnats in all their territory. He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land. He struck down their vines also and their fig trees, and shattered the trees of their territory. He spoke, and locusts came, and young locusts, even without number, And ate up all vegetation in their land, and ate up the fruit of their ground. He also struck down all the first-born in their land, the first fruits of all their vigor. Then He brought them out with silver and gold; And among His tribes there was not one who stumbled. Egypt was glad when they departed; For the dread of them had fallen upon them. He spread a cloud for a covering, and fire to illumine by night. They asked, and He brought quail, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven. He opened the rock, and water flowed out; It ran in the dry places like a river. For He remembered His holy word With Abraham His servant; And He brought forth His people with joy, His chosen ones with a joyful shout. He gave them also the lands of the nations, that they might take possession of the fruit of the peoples' labor, So that they might keep His statutes, and observe His laws, Praise Yahweh!
My heart is steadfast, O Elohim; I will sing, I will sing praises, even with my soul. Awake, harp and lyre; I will awaken the dawn! I will give thanks to Thee, O Yahweh, among the peoples; And I will sing praises to Thee among the nations. For Thy lovingkindness is great above the heavens; And Thy truth reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O Elohim, above the heavens, and Thy glory above all the earth. That Thy beloved may be delivered, save with Thy right hand, and answer me! Elohim has spoken in His holiness: "I will exult, I will portion out Shechem, and measure out the valley of Succoth . "Gilead is Mine, Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim also is the helmet of My head; Judah is My sceptre. " Moab is My washbowl; Over Edom I shall throw My shoe; Over Philistia I will shout aloud." Who will bring me into the besieged city? Who will lead me to Edom ? Hast not Thou Thyself, O Elohim, rejected us? And wilt Thou not go forth with our armies, O Elohim? Oh give us help against the adversary, for deliverance by man is in vain. Through Elohim we shall do valiantly; And it is He who will tread down our adversaries.
O Elohim of my praise, do not be silent! For they have opened the wicked and deceitful mouth against me; They have spoken against me with a lying tongue. They have also surrounded me with words of hatred, and fought against me without cause. In return for my love they act as my accusers; But I am in prayer. Thus they have repaid me evil for good, and hatred for my love. Appoint a wicked man over him; And let an accuser stand at his right hand. When he is judged, let him come forth guilty; And let his prayer become sin. Let his days be few; Let another take his office. Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow. Let his children wander about and beg; and let them seek sustenance far from their ruined homes. Let the creditor seize all that he has; And let strangers plunder the product of his labor. Let there be none to extend lovingkindness to him, nor any to be gracious to his fatherless children. Let his posterity be cut off; In a following generation let their name be blotted out. Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before Yahweh, and do not let the sin of his mother be blotted out. Let them be before Yahweh continually, that He may cut off their memory from the earth; Because he did not remember to show lovingkindness, but persecuted the afflicted and needy man, and the despondent in heart, to put them to death. He also loved cursing, so it came to him; And he did not delight in blessing, so it was far from him. But he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, And it entered into his body like water, And like oil into his bones. Let it be to him as a garment with which he covers himself, And for a belt with which he constantly girds himself. Let this be the reward of my accusers from Yahweh, And of those who speak evil against my soul. But Thou, O ELOHIM, Yahweh, deal kindly with me for Thy name's sake; Because Thy lovingkindness is good, deliver me; For I am afflicted and needy, And my heart is wounded within me. I am passing like a shadow when it lengthens; I am shaken off like the locust. My knees are weak from fasting; And my flesh has grown lean, without fatness. I also have become a reproach to them; When they see me, they wag their head. Help me, O Yahweh my Elohim; Save me according to Thy lovingkindness. And let them know that this is Thy hand; Thou, Yahweh, hast done it. Let them curse, but do Thou bless; When they arise, they shall be ashamed, But Thy servant shall be glad. Let my accusers be clothed with dishonour, And let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe. With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to Yahweh; And in the midst of many I will praise Him. For He stands at the right hand of the needy, To save him from those who judge his soul.
Psalms 110
Yahweh says to my Sovereign: "Sit at My right hand, Until I make Thine enemies a footstool for Thy feet.' Yahweh will stretch forth Thy strong sceptre from Zion , saying, "Rule in the midst of Thine enemies." Thy people will volunteer freely in the day of Thy power; In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Thy youth are to Thee as the dew. Yahweh has sworn and will not change His mind, "Thou art a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek." Yahweh is at Thy right hand; He will shatter kings in the day of His wrath. He will judge among the nations, He will fill them with corpses, He will shatter the chief men over a broad country. He will drink from the brook by the wayside; Therefore He will lift up His head.
Praise Yahweh! How blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, Who greatly delights in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house, And his righteousness endures forever. Light arises in the darkness for the upright; He is gracious and compassionate and righteous. It is well with the man who is gracious and lends; He will maintain his cause in judgment. For he will never be shaken; The righteous will be remembered forever. He will not fear evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh. His heart is upheld, he will not fear, Until he looks with satisfaction on his adversaries. He has given freely to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted in honor. The wicked will see it and be vexed; He will gnash his teeth and melt away; The desire of the wicked will perish.
Praise Yahweh! Praise, O servants of Yahweh. Praise the name of Yahweh. Blessed be the name of Yahweh. From this time forth and forever. From the rising of the sun to its setting The name of Yahweh is to be praised. Yahweh is high above all nations; His glory is above the heavens. Who is like Yahweh our Elohim, Who is enthroned on high, Who humbles Himself to behold The things that are in heaven and in the earth? He raises the poor from the dust, And lifts the needy from the ash heap, To make them sit with princes, with the princes of His people. He makes the barren woman abide in the house as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yahweh!
When Israel went forth from Egypt , the house of Jacob from a people of strange language, Judah became His sanctuary, Israel , His dominion. The sea looked and fled; The Jordan turned back. The mountains skipped like rams, The hills, like lambs. What ails you, O sea, that you flee? O Jordan, that you turn back? O mountains, that you skip like rams? O hills, like lambs? Tremble, O earth, before Yahweh, Before the Elohim of Jacob, Who turned the rock into a pool of water, The flint into a fountain of water.
I love Yahweh, because He hears My voice and my supplications. Because He has inclined His ear to me, Therefore I shall call upon Him as long as I live. The cords of death encompassed me, And the terrors of Sheol came upon me; I found distress and sorrow. Then I called upon the name of Yahweh: "O Yahweh, I beseech Thee, save my life!" Gracious is Yahweh, and righteous; Yes, our Elohim is compassionate. Yahweh preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me..Return to your rest, O my soul, For Yahweh has dealt bountifully with you. For Thou hast rescued my soul from death, My eyes from tears, My feet from stumbling. I shall walk before Yahweh in the land of the living. I believed when I said, "I am greatly afflicted." I said in my alarm, "All men are liars." What shall I render to Yahweh for all His benefits toward me? I shall lift up the cup of salvation, And call upon the name of Yahweh. I shall pay my vows to Yahweh, Oh may it be in the presence of all His people. Precious in the sight of Yahweh is the death of His righteous ones. O Yahweh, surely I am Thy servant, I am Thy servant, the son of Thy handmaid, Thou hast loosed my bonds. To Thee I shall offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving, And call upon the name of Yahweh. I shall pay my vows to Yahweh, Oh may it be in the presence of all His people, In the courts of Yahweh's house, in the midst of you, O Jerusalem. Praise Yahweh!
Praise Yahweh, all nations; Laud Him, all peoples! For His lovingkindness is great toward us, And the truth of Yahweh is everlasting. Praise Yahweh!
Give thanks to Yahweh, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting. Oh let Israel say, "His lovingkindness is everlasting." Oh let the house of Aaron say, "His lovingkindness is everlasting." Oh let those who fear Yahweh say, "His lovingkindness is everlasting." From my distress I called upon Yahweh; Yahweh answered me and set me in a large place. Yahweh is for me; I will not fear; What can man do to me? Yahweh is for me among those who help me; Therefore I shall look with satisfaction on those who hate me. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to trust in princes. All nations surrounded me; In the name of Yahweh I will surely cut them off. They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me; In the name of Yahweh I will surely cut them off. They surrounded me like bees; They were extinguished as a fire of thorns; In the name of Yahweh I will surely cut them off. You pushed me violently so that I was falling, but Yahweh helped me. Yahweh is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation. The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly. The right hand of Yahweh is exalted; The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly. I shall not die, but live, And tell of the works of Yahweh. Yahweh has disciplined me severely, but He has not given me over to death. Open to me the gates of righteousness; I shall enter through them, I shall give thanks to Yahweh. This is the gate of Yahweh; The righteous will enter through it. I shall give thanks to Thee, for Thou hast answered me; And Thou hast become my salvation. The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone. This is Yahweh's doing; It is marvellous in our eyes. This is the day which Yahweh has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it. O Yahweh, do save, we beseech Thee; O Yahweh, we beseech Thee, do send prosperity! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of Yahweh; We have blessed you from the house of Yahweh. Yahweh is Elohim, and He has given us light; Bind the festival sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar. Thou art my Elohim, and I give thanks to Thee; Thou art my Elohim, I extol Thee. Give thanks to Yahweh, for He is good; For His lovingkindness is everlasting.
